Complaints and claims sent to our customer support will be handled as soon as possible and within the legally determined period.


If you as a buyer consider that your rights have been breached and if the purchase from us was concluded online through our website, we, in line with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, hereby inform you that you are entitled to seek the consumer dispute with us out-of court, through the platform for the online dispute resolution (ODR) accessible through the internet address http://ec.europa.eu/odr

The ODR platform has been developed by the European Commission and is a requirement of the Regulations for Consumer Disputes.


OTHER


All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any and all other Infocredit site(s), shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Country of Cyprus, and the City of Nicosia.


REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


Please note we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you decide you do not wish to proceed further with your order, please send an email to orders@infocreditworld.com with the subject CANCELLATION as well as the order reference number. Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of your initial order. Your user account will be credited with the original amount charged. This credit can be used to order a similar report with same value within one month period. If this credit is not redeemed within the one month, it will expire.


BILLING DETAILS


Please note, your transactions will appear on your bank statement as Infocredit Group Ltd.
